A modern design utilizing edited and stylized ancient art piece/object of Japanese origin. The abundant swells of the water, serpentine trees, sinuous shoreline and curve of the wasen are encased in rectangular form as a capsuled yin-yang concept. Rendered in blue, the monotone illustration is set to allow the t-shirt color to show through the illustrated lines, interacting with and influencing the design for a playful take.
